Changing IT service providers in four steps
About three weeks from first look to steady state. Your current provider does not need to cooperate for any of it to work.
- Days 1–3
Free read-only assessment
We review your current setup without changing anything. The findings are yours whether or not you go ahead.
- Days 4–7
Written fixed-price plan
What we found, what we would change, and what any one-off work would cost, in writing.
- Days 8–21
Cutover
Admin access is transferred, the security baseline goes on, devices are enrolled in stages, and staff receive a one-page explainer.
- Day 22 onward
Steady state
A five-minute monthly report, plus a roadmap conversation every quarter.
Days 1–3: the assessment
We review your setup with read-only access, so nothing changes while we look. It is free, and the findings belong to you whether or not you go ahead.
Days 4–7: the plan
You receive a written plan with a fixed price. It sets out what we found, what we would change first, and what can wait.
Days 8–21: cutover
- Admin access is transferred to us.
- The security baseline is applied.
- Devices move into Intune a group at a time.
- Staff receive a one-page note describing what is different for them.
Day 22 onward: steady state
The response targets apply, the documentation register is kept up to date, and a five-minute monthly report arrives each month. Every quarter we talk through the roadmap.
If you leave later
The agreement is month to month and a month's notice ends it, with no exit fee. On the way out you receive every credential, document and configuration record.
