When you buy a laptop or a licence through us, you pay what we paid. We earn the per-user fee, so a purchase never changes our income.
What we buy for you
- Microsoft licences: billed at the price we pay as a Microsoft CSP partner.
- Laptops and other hardware: resold at cost. With Windows Autopilot, a new laptop can ship straight to the person who will use it.
Why zero markup matters
A margin on hardware and licences gives any provider a reason to recommend buying more. Removing it means a suggestion to replace a device or change a licence is about your business, and you can check the price against the open market whenever you like.
Renewals and lifecycle
Every device and its lifecycle, plus every licence and renewal date, is kept in your documentation register. That turns hardware replacement into a planned line in your IT budget, so it arrives with warning.
