Modern Workplace implementation and management
Your mail, files, devices and sign-ins run from Microsoft's cloud, configured the same way for every person. We implement it as part of the monthly fee and keep it tidy afterwards.
The four building blocks
- Microsoft 365: Exchange for mail, Teams for chat and calls, SharePoint and OneDrive for files.
- Intune: laptops and phones are enrolled, encrypted, kept patched and compliance-checked. A missing device can be wiped remotely.
- Entra ID: one identity per person, with Conditional Access, enforced MFA and legacy sign-in methods blocked.
- Windows Autopilot: new laptops ship straight to the staff member and set themselves up when they sign in.
Included in the fee
Moving to a Modern Workplace is often quoted as a separate project. Here it comes inside the $150 per user, per month fee. We plan the work in stages through your quarterly roadmap, so nobody loses a day to it.
Written down as we go
Each policy, group and configuration change goes into your documentation register. If you ever leave, the register and every admin credential go with you.
Licences at our cost
As a Microsoft CSP partner, we bill licences at the CSP price we pay. Licence choices are reviewed so you are not paying for features nobody uses. See procurement at cost.
