$150 per user, per month
One figure per person covers the catalogue. Hardware and Microsoft licences are resold at the price we pay. Nothing else appears on the invoice.
How the price works
Count the people who use IT in your business and multiply by $150. That monthly figure covers every service in the catalogue except procurement, which is billed at cost.
- Month to month. A month's notice ends it, with no exit fee.
- A six-page agreement in plain English.
- Handover on exit: all credentials, documentation and configuration records.
- Best suited to 10 to 150 staff. Under about five, break-fix usually costs less, and we say so.
How it sits in the market
Melbourne businesses generally pay somewhere between $110 and $220 per person each month for fully managed IT, with the spread driven by what sits in the bundle. Bundles vary a lot, so compare what is inside before you compare the number.

Turn any quote into a cost per user.
Work through each line of a quote, ask the question, and convert the answer to a monthly cost per user. Add the results to get a figure you can compare. The last column shows how each line works with us.
| Line on the quote | Question to ask | Convert it to per user, per month | IT Service Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base monthly fee | Is it per user, per device, or a flat amount? | Divide by your number of staff. | $150 per user |
| Per-ticket or block hours | What did a typical month cost last year? | Estimate a normal month and divide by staff. | None |
| After-hours rates | What is the loading, and how often is it applied? | Estimate yearly, divide by 12, then by staff. | None |
| Security and SOC | Is 24/7 monitoring in the base fee or a separate line? | Add any security line per user. | Included |
| Backup | Is Microsoft 365 backup included? Are restores tested? | Add any backup line per user. | Included |
| Projects | Are migrations and upgrades quoted separately? | Spread expected project fees over 12 months. | Roadmap projects included |
| Hardware and licences | What margin is added to the price? | Multiply yearly spend by the margin, divide by 12 and by staff. | At cost |
| Term and exit | How long is the term, and what does leaving cost? | Spread any exit fee across the term. | Month to month, no exit fee |
The buyer's guide explains the method step by step, along with the red flags worth checking.
Before you ask.
What is included in the $150 per user fee?
The service desk, security with the 24/7 SOC, Modern Workplace implementation and management, Intune device management, monitoring, Microsoft 365 backup that is restore-tested on a schedule, a monthly report, and the projects scoped in your quarterly roadmap.
What is charged on top?
Hardware and Microsoft licences, both at cost with zero markup. Nothing is billed per ticket, and work outside hours carries no loading.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. The agreement is month to month, six pages of plain English, with a month's notice and no exit fee.
Are you a good fit for a very small business?
We mostly work with businesses of 10 to 150 staff. Below about five staff, paying for break-fix help as needed usually costs less, and we will say so.

Tell us how many staff you have and what you run today. You will hear back within one business day, and if we are the wrong fit we will tell you.
