Full ownership

Full ownership: one team responsible for all of your IT

A one-stop shop for the whole environment, from the Microsoft 365 tenant to the supplier phone calls. You keep the decisions and the records; we carry the responsibility for running it.

What we take ownership of

Full ownership means one team is responsible for the whole environment, end to end. These are the areas we hold:

AreaWhat that includes
Microsoft 365 tenantAdmin access, tenant settings, mail flow, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
IdentityEntra ID accounts, Conditional Access, enforced MFA, legacy authentication blocked, starters and leavers.
DevicesIntune enrolment, encryption, patching and policy checks, Autopilot for new laptops, remote wipe.
SecurityDefender for Endpoint P2, attack surface reduction rules, the 24/7 cybersecurity remediation SOC, the Essential Eight mapping.
LicensingMicrosoft licences at our CSP price, seat counts and renewal dates.
SuppliersYour internet provider, phone system and practice or line-of-business software. We keep the account details on file and do the ringing.
BackupsIndependent Microsoft 365 backup outside the tenant, with scheduled restore tests.
DocumentationThe register: devices, admin accounts, licences, network and phone details, backups and every change.
PlanningThe quarterly roadmap, budgeting for devices and renewals, and your 24/7 client portal.

What you still control

  • Decisions. What to spend, which projects go first, and when. We're not afraid to push back on things that will be valuable to you, even if you can't immediately see why. The final call is yours.
  • Policies. Who can reach which data, what staff may install, how devices may be used. We draft and apply them once you approve.
  • The records. Your documentation register can be exported whenever you ask, and every credential, document and configuration record is handed back if you leave.
  • The relationship. The agreement is month to month with a month's notice and no exit fee.

Why one owner moves faster

When responsibility is split between a part-time IT person, a break-fix technician, a phone supplier and whoever set up the tenant, every problem that crosses a boundary starts with a question: whose is this? A suspicious sign-in touches an account, a laptop and a mailbox. A new office touches the internet provider, the network, devices and licences. Each hand-over between parties adds a delay.

With one owner, the team that sees the problem also holds the admin access, the records and the supplier accounts. It can lock an account at night, enrol twenty new laptops before a start date, or set up a new site without arranging permissions with anyone else.

The same applies to opportunities. If a large client asks for your security position before signing, or a hiring round is brought forward, one owner can answer and act in days because nothing needs to be coordinated across parties first.

Gaps close

Split arrangements leave tasks that everyone assumes someone else is doing. Backup restore tests and leaver accounts are common examples. With one owner and one register, each task has a name against it.

Accountability is clear

You have one place to ask, one set of response targets and one client portal, available 24/7. If something goes wrong on our side, we tell you.

Why we don't split the job

We don't offer co-managed or shared arrangements. Two parties with admin rights to one tenant make it unclear who changed what and who is answerable, which is the problem full ownership exists to solve.

A rough headcount now and in a year is enough to start. We usually respond same day, and if a provider isn't right for you yet, we will say so.
