Getting your IT structured: the first 30 days
About three weeks from first look to steady state, then a quarterly plan for each stage of growth after that. Your current provider doesn't need to cooperate.
- Days 1–3
Free read-only assessment
We look at what you have without changing anything. You keep the findings either way.
- Days 4–7
Written fixed-price plan
What we found, what to fix first and what can wait, with any one-off work priced in writing.
- Days 8–21
Cutover
Admin access moves to us, the security baseline goes on, devices are enrolled in stages, and staff get a one-page note.
- Day 22 onward
Steady state
A 24/7 client portal, and a quarterly review: the last quarter's projects summarised, your feedback gathered and the next projects lined up.
Days 1–3: a free read-only assessment
We review your environment with read-only access, so nothing changes while we look. For a growing organisation we pay particular attention to what more headcount will strain:
- who holds the admin accounts, and whether any belong to people who have left
- how staff sign in, and whether MFA is enforced
- which laptops and computers exist, and whether they are managed and encrypted
- what is backed up, and where
- licences, renewals and suppliers
- what is written down, and where
You keep the findings either way.
Days 4–7: a written fixed-price plan
You receive a plan in writing with a fixed price for any one-off work. It sets out what we found, what to fix first and what can wait for the roadmap. If you are hiring soon, tell us at this stage so the plan accounts for it.
Days 8–21: cutover
- Admin access is transferred to us, so one team holds it.
- The security baseline is applied.
- Devices are enrolled in Intune in stages.
- Staff receive a one-page note about what changes for them.
Day 22 onward: steady state
The response targets apply. When a whole team can't work, we respond within 15 minutes. When one person can't work, within 30 minutes. Everything else, the same business day. Security alerts are triaged 24/7, including weekends. The documentation register is kept current, your client portal is available 24/7, and each quarter we summarise the previous period's projects, gather your feedback and line up the projects for the next stage of growth.
Why it can move this quickly
No cooperation from your current provider is needed. Once admin access is with us, there is no second party to wait on, which is the practical advantage of full ownership.
If it doesn't work out
The agreement is month to month. Give a month's notice to end it. There is no exit fee, and you receive every credential, document and configuration record on the way out.

Tell us your headcount now and where you expect it to be in a year. We usually respond same day.
